Thomas Pisello

Tom, better known as “The ROI Guy”, brings over thirty years of pioneering value storytelling and quantification experience, and is the Managing Partner / Founder of value consultancy Genius Drive.

He is the former Founder and CEO of value automation platform firm Alinean (Mediafly) and the original value tool company Interpose (Gartner) as well as launching and advising startup technology firms Full Armor, AI pioneer Connotate Technology and several more.

Tom is the creator of the “Evolved Selling Institute”, Business Value Collective (BVC) community, author of the bestselling business books, “Evolved Selling” and “The Frugalnomics Survival Guide”, and the founder of the purpose-driven Growth through Grief and author of the self-help book by the same name.

Marian Desimone is a business value professional with experience across a spectrum of roles, including business value practice start-up, assisting marketing teams in creating compelling value stories, up-skilling global enterprise sales team on business value execution, development of business value curriculum, value program consulting, and setting up value competency frameworks for value realization teams.
